Mr. Vijai Shankar Singh, a distinguished alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi, is a prominent name in civil and structural engineering circles with over 42 years of global experience.
Renowned for groundbreaking contributions to sustainable development, Mr. Singh's career is marked by influential projects spanning Germany, France, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ghana, Iran, Indonesia, and China.
His illustrious career began in 1982 as Deputy Manager at Cement Corporation of India Limited, a major public-sector undertaking pivotal in driving India towards self-sufficiency in cement production. There, Mr. Singh honed his expertise for a career that would span continents and shape industries.
His vision for greater achievements led him to HOLTEC Consulting Private Limited as General Manager in 1997.
SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

Declared a "protected area" by the Uttar Pradesh government in 1990, the Okhla Bird Sanctuary now faces challenges from increasing commercialisation. Through ongoing initiatives and efforts, we actively work to protect its essential habitats and nurture both the natural world and the communities we serve.
